Chase shares how they offer apprenticeship programs that can give young people the chance to learn the trade and get some true experience. Chase also shares how making your employees feel like a family is necessary to build a sense of loyalty and belongingness into the workplace. Listen as they discuss more about work ethics in the construction field.
